Fighting / action / super powers anime please? ( with some requirements )

Please read the requirements below!

I WANT:

- some COMEDY, does not have to be a lot. Just has to be there

- strong female lead ( NO GIRLY GIRLS PLZ! ) *

- likeable characters, especially the main characters. *

- action, fighting, superpowers and a good plot. *

- either balanced ratio of boy and girl fighters/cast OR mostly boy fighters and few girl fighters *

I DON'T WANT:

- girly girl female lead ( REALLY don't want! Example: Lucy from Fairy Tail ) *

- Overmuscled huge dudes, like they're on steroids or something *
( like Kenshiro ; Fist of the North Star or Toriko )

- Harems; like one guy and mostly girls ( SAO, no offense ) *

- All girl fighters and no boy fighters *

- All boy fighters and no girl fighters *

- loud, annoying, arrogant tsunderes ( like Louise from Zero no Tsukaima ) *
slightly is okay, but there is a limit to how annoying and violent she should be!

- male/female main character hopelessly infatuated with someone. Unless they get over it ( like stop crushing on the person )
( Ex: Naruto infatuated with Sakura, Sakura infatuated with Sasuke. I don't like fanboys/fangirls. Please no. Supporting/ side character should be okay, though )

- mechs

PLEASE DON'T SAY:

Sword Art Online - love the graphics and fight scenes, but it focuses mostly on romance.. And there are too many girls going gaga over Kirito. It gives off a harem feel to me... Me no like harem.

Ranma 1/2 - sorry, but I just don't like the idea of a half guy, half girl.

I know this is hard, but please try to find something with these requirements. Thanks! (:

I'd have to agree on the excessive copy & paste... But here's a suggestion anyways.

Toaru Majutsu no Index

Also, Toaru Kagaku no Railgun, it's the side-story with a female lead instead.

Neither of these are that good, but they fit your requirements perfectly (and they're fun). There aren't that many anime like that these days..
