Anti-hero tragic anime?

Are there any more tragic and sad animes out there that have an anti-hero? Ones like Code Geass, for example. If there is any anime thats tragic and sad like Code Geass besides Guilty Crown and Death Note I would love to watch them. I've seen animes that are sad and tragic like Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom and Noir. Don't recommend an anime that does not have a Anti-hero as the main character, or isn't a tragedy.
