| I'm looking for an anime that fit either of these descriptions 1) Main MALE MC is not your typical boring indecisive guy. He's either strong, intelligent, mysterious, quiet and preferably not ugly on the eyes. Examples: Touya from One Outs, Byakuya from bleach, Shesshomaru from Inuyasha, Kaname from Vampire Knight, etc. The anime itself should be interesting and involve a subtle romance with a girl (not a selection of girls) 2) The main FEMALE MC is unique and not boring: She's strong, intelligent, tomboyish, goofy, or interesting. She gets to get a little love in the anime without competition from other girls. Prefer some action. The more mature, the better. |

| Male: Akagi (since you mentioned Toua) Giant Killing (Tatsumi resembles Toua a bit but he is much more a troll type) Initial D Mononoke Saiyuki (Senzo) Sengoku Basara (Date is sorta alike Hijikata from Gintama) Speed Grapher UnGo Zombie Loan (Tachibana) Female: Appleseed Ghost in the shell (i suggest to watch movie '95 first to see if you like it) Hachimitsu to Clover (Yamada is very...uhm.. original in many ways) Mardock Scramble Tenshi na Konamaiki (due to interesting plot twist which is announced right away) From your dropped i guess you can try again Black Cat and Durarara (for male) From PTW: Mushishi, Serial Experiments Lain, Trigun and One Piece (it has alot of main/supporting characters with interesting personalities - since you liked Bleach you will enjoy it aswell) Also, you are watching Eyeshield atm, how do you like Hiruma so far? P.S. I was about to suggest "Ray The Animation" but you already seen it and even gave a score of 7...And also Kaname from VK...not Zero! Twin soul! *happy dance* |
