It is obvious Wiess doesn't have the item we are looking for, and we can't trust Dare Mo if he ends up beating Wiess. However, the Sand will probably want any information we can give them about Dare Mo since nobody has seen him before. Plus, we have the aware of the fact that we are pretty banged up. Do we continue on with the mission, stay and scout out Dare Mo, or play it safe and return to the Sand?" |

| Koji: im sure the other villages have sent someone to intercept the crate as well meaning if it hasnt been taken already they are probably now or soon will be fighting for it so we still have time. we need to rest until we are at least able to fight again ill send a summon beast later to the sand to give word on the situation. so i think we patch ourselves up and keep an eye on Dare Mo *Dare Mo swung his sword to the side ridding it of the blood that was covering it wiess looked at him for the first time he was acting seriously* Wiess: im not ready to die yet so im going to have to cut this short.. |

This was no different. He began trying to decipher how Dare Mo was able to dodge and hit Wiess without any problem. |

| *Wiess stared backing up as Dare Mo walked forward* Wiess: im not going to die here i still have work to do Suzaku even said there was more to be done Dare Mo: you said Suzaku was one of your members? excellent youve made my job easier... *raising one hand to the air he said Alpha then snapped his fingers and his purple eyes started glowing he then dissapeared when he reappered he was standing to the side of wiess his blade through the mans stomach wiess' eyes widened and on multiple spots on his body his skin bulged then slpit sending blood spraying everywhere Dare then pushed him back to the edge of the huge sand dune pulled his sword out spun and kicked him sending him sprawling down it* Dare:.......mission complete *his eyes stopped glowing and he cleared his sword of blood then put the tip in its sheath then let it go allowing gravity to pull it the rest of the way down before looking over to where Kojis group was* |

He then noticed Dare Mo looking in their direction. Hisagi: "We could potentially have a problem guys. He is looking right at us. Be on your guard, since we aren't sure what this guy wants." |

Obviously we should still keep our guard up with him, but if we come across the rest of the missing ninja, he may bring enough attention to himself that it would be easier to get the box back. Though whether we do let him follow us depends on if you are ready to go. You were the most injured of the three of us." |

Hisagi: "It will end up the same way whether you follow us or not, so you might as well follow us. However, we have our own mission that we must accomplish. So keep that in mind." |

Though the possibility of other villages aiding in the effort to stop the missing ninja from reaching the border could be possible, we don't want them to have the chance of beating them and slipping through. So based on where we are at, our best bet is to go northwest from here, following the path." Hisagi pointed at the marked road. Hisagi: "This will get us up north faster than having to go up and down all the dunes and rocks. We can cut them off there. If we find this Suzaku guy, we won't get in your way. It actually might make our mission a little easier. Is everyone clear on the game plan?" |

Hisagi: "If you were planning on killing us, you would have done it back there. I know based on the skill and power you give off, it would have been an easy task. You don't seem like the type that would take such a round-a-bout way of killing someone..... So based on what I have seen, it looks like you have the ability to control rain right?" |

| Dare: 00125 Suzaku Mitsurugi Code Name The Prophet, Pharaohs division. he was a member of the same group as me before he went insane and killed several of the instructors. The Pharaohs excel in reading the future but generally they can only see a few seconds ahead 00125 was a prodigy he could see up to several weeks in advance which means pretty much anything wont surprise him the best mode of attack.....surround him with enough foes that he cant guard against them all. |

| Dare: Even mild wounds rack up the damage. small nick isnt much but it still bleeds and a hundred nicks can make for a substantial handicap if he is loosing enough blood. besides i havnt heard of any casualties lately caused by 00125. Meaning we can pray that he has lost his fangs and doesnt want to kill anymore. of course that is just speculation on my part. But what worries me is that Wiess said Suzaku told him he would nt die today. Suzaku is strange but ive never heard of him lieing........They should be around here somewhere keep your gaurd up in case they see us first (lets jump to the main club arc) |

| ________________________________________________________________________ *Momoko Sat on the edge of a cliff in the desert the same one she always came to in order to think she looked sadly over the desert the spread out below her it was a pass time she had come up when she started to think on her past she would come here and try to figure out the pattern whatever ocean had once covered this desert had flowed in she also thought of the girl that she had met so long ago. She knew she was dead but yet she was sure she had seen her at the exams and also at the snow village. She had killed her herself so why was she here again? Here eyes glazed over as she thought but then suddenly widened as she had pain shoot throughout her body originating from the tattoo that sealed Pride inside her she grabbed her back thrashing around gasping for air, she couldnt breath from the pain in her back it went on for several minutes before finally subsiding and she lay there on the sand panting she couldnt move fore another several minutes after that. it had happened several times before but never this bad her vision had actually just turned into blotches of color once she could move again she immediately dug into her tool pouch pulling out a small mirror she softly lifted her shirt up shakily holding the mirror there then turning her head till she could see the reflection her breathing was still labored as she looked at the tattoo it had started out completly black but every time she was racked with pain more of the lines in it turned red. she had stopped training using pride a few months back cause she had realized the more she used it the less time there was between the attacks there were her face was covered in sweat and she felt sick to her stomach as she angled the mirror to see the rest of the tattoo nearly the entire thing was red now and she was afraid of what might happen when it reached the point were it was completly red she heard someone climbing the clif and quickly pulled her shirt back down and wiped her face sitting back down like she had been before the attack* Neo: hey! Momo you up here!? Momoko: OH! HELLO NEOOOO! Neo: what are you up to momo? Momoko: oh nothing *she said with a laugh* i was just reading my manga the title issss detergent Neo: you dont have a book out though Momoko: Oh hahah yeah i had just put it away before you came! well dont just stand there like a dork have a seat i brought some snack cakes that i made here have some! *neos stomach flipped over as he heard the words she had made them and he sat down* Neo: im sorry i just got her from lunch if i ate anything now id probably be sick and you shouldnt waste food right? | *she suddenly felt a sharp pinching sensation on her back and cringed* Momoko: Why dont you head back to the village Neo i want some time alone... ill come down in a few minutes.. Neo: well ok i guess you dont want to spent time with some dork like me so ill leave you be... *he stood up dusting himself off and started to walk away when he heard Momoko scream and spun around and gasped she was floating about 6 feet off the ground flailing her arms and legs he started to run towards her the noticed that she wasnt just floating as he got closer the demon that was inside Momoko pride had standing in a rip in the air grabbing momokos back with an arm and dragging her inside the tear tears running down her face she reached a hand out to Neo* Momoko: DONT LET IT TAKE ME NEO! HELP ME PLEASE! *Neo was to shocked to move for a few seconds then ran to her jumping up grabbing her arm* Neo: MOMOKO! Dont let go! *Pride looked down at them angrily and reached its other arm out grabbing neos face trying to push him off* Pride: her time is up... she is mine now *Yelling Neo used his free hand to knock the hand off his face then reached up lifting the bandages he wore around his left eye and a sound like an implosion rang out as a burst exploded outwards smashing pride full in the face snapping its head back as it brought its head back to look at them with a snarl on its face he rached an arm back punching Neo with enough force to send him flying backwards smaching into a rock knocking the wind out of him he stuggled to his feet running as fast as he could with no air reaching back out for momoko* Neo: Please! leave her alone! *Pride wrapped its other arm around momoko pulling her in Momoko kicked and scratched at pride being too close to use jutsu she tried making a spear out of her black mass and stabbing it in the face but it just opened his eye wider and it shattered before it could make contact and within a few more seconds the rip slammed shut Neo stood there with his arm outstretched for several seconds quivering mouthing inaudible words before falling to his knees* Neo: momoko...... no.... _____________________________________________________________________ *Momoko was floating in what she guessed was water she couldnt tell cause it was pitch black she couldnt move either from the neck down had that burning tingly feeling when your limb has fallen asleep and the blood is trying to get back into it it hurt and she didnt like it on top of that she felt as if the Tattoo on her back was on fire as if someone had put her back on a grinding wheel she felt more tears running down her cheek she was scared she didnt know where she was she couldnt see and she couldnt move she noticed that the water or watever she was in had a current and she was slowly moving as if she were floating down a very slow river suddenly visions started blasting through her mind most of which where hers but also some that she didnt recognize she closed her eyes to block it out but it didnt matter she could still see it, it was playing what seemed like a movie of the night in the orphanage from her movie and then she realised these other memories were the other childrens she saw through there eyes and what they had seen that night and then she heard an overpowering voice in her head* Pride: you are worthless... you have no heart, no pride, so why go on living? Momoko: but...i... Pride: look at what you did to those poor kids in the orphanage look at all the people you have hurt before and after... only a real monster could do those things dont you agree Momoko: thats not....thats not true it was an accident... I wa- Pride: Dont lie to me i can see everything about you i know you down to the core... if it were truely an accident then you wouldnt feel this guilt right? No this guilt could only happen if you knew deep down that you wanted those kids dead. Momoko: THATS NOT TRUE I.... Pride: Its not? *she felt a chuckle in her mind* Pride: No it is true... you hated those kids they were all better than you stronger, smarter, especially your "friend" Mihoshi you hated her most of all she hurt your pride day and night she bested you at everything thats why you cut her down even as she hugged you and begged you to stop Momoko: NO! Pride: you still deny it? well then why dont i point out the fact that after you killed everyone in the building the only person you left alive was Koji? Momoko: i didnt mean to hurt anyone! I didnt know what i was doing i swear! *she wanted to cover her eyes with her hands and cry but she couldnt so she just did the latter* Pride: hmhmhm oh no you knew exactly what you were doing you left koji alive because he was the only one you really liked. *she screamed and tried to drown out the voice* Pride: but i except you for who you are sunshine... I agree that anyone who hurts our pride should disappear *she felt pride smirk in her mind* Pride: let me take over and i promise noone will ever best us ever again, we will be the best at everything just like we should be you just have to fall asleep and let everything go.... Momoko: i didnt mean it... i loved all my friends....i didnt want them to get h-hurt Pride: cant you feel it? the looming truth of the matter? you are undecisive and unsure right now because you know what i say is the truth... Momoko: its...true? do i really feel that way? Pride: yes that is how you have always truly felt why else do you force yourself to be nice to people? even those who dont like you? you are trying to make up for the things you felt when you killed those children... But im telling you those feelings were justified they deserved to die! Momoko: they did? Pride: yes dear Momoko, they were always looking down on you they thought they were better than you and you showed them how wrong they were. And if you let me take over i can make sure that anyone who thinks they are better than us will pay. Momoko: but they dont deserve that....right? Pride: no...everyone hates you Momoko they think you are annoying and would prefer it if you died.... but i can make it all go away, you dont deserve to hurt anymore go to sleep momoko, and i will make all your painful memories go away and ill make sure noone ever makes you feel like that again , all we need is eachother cause you and me sunshine, we are the best there is and its time to show everone else. | ________________________________________________________________________ *Neo sat on his knees staring at the ground he had just lost the most important person to him and couldnt make himself move is eyes were dark and blood shot as he stared at the sand when suddenly the rift opened up and something shot out of it crashing to the ground he ran over it and gasped as he say Momoko laying there at least he thought iy was momoko. there were several similarities but this momoko had white hair and a strange outfit when she opened her eyes they were red with slit pupils and he took a step back* Neo: momoko? is that you? are you ok? *the odd momoko stood up and spun around looking at herself as the skirt fluttered then it looked at him and smiled but there was no light in the eyes like momoko always had* ?Momoko: oh hello Neo, I didnt see you there. Neo: Momoko.... is something wrong? why do you look like that? Momoko: well thats because im not really Momoko anymore... shes somewhat here though but i doubt she can talk to you Neo: what have you done with her! *Momoko smiled at him again then touched her face* Momoko: you know this body isnt to bad. she has taken pretty good care of it surprising though with how much she hated herself. Neo: WAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT! Momoko was the happiest girl ive ever met! GIVE HER BACK! PLEASE! Momoko: she doesnt want too. She is tired of hurting and rightfully so. She only did what was natural. You know if i was Wrath id show you what she did. Id destroy the image of the girl youve loved your entire life and then kill you but since im not ill let you hold on to your clouded beliefs as you pass on. *she reached out one arm and the spunning swords spun around it like a hoola hoop then she threw it at Neo and he opened his eye again using the resulting explosion to veer it off course but then it split and all the blades flew at him he dodged all but one and it peirced through his arm then spiked outwards so that it couldnt be removed he yelled in pain then fell to the ground grasping his arm Momoko walked slowly towards him looking down at him* Momoko: i shall destroy all that hold themselves above others until its just me and her at the top. its what shes always wanted for everyone to appreciate her for how she is. And i will make that happen Neo: it figures this is how id go out... Killed by the woman i love......just my luck i hate my life...even if i used envy i might be able to beat her but its not like i could strike her down what am i gonna do defend until im out of energy then die? its just delaying *he watched as the possessed momoko reached an arm up and a sword materialized in her hand and she clenched it swinging it back looking down at him the started swinging downwards and he closed his eyes* _____________________________________________________________________ Real Momoko: its so dark....but i dont feel sad anymore. This is nice. I really do feel tired. Maby i SHOULD just go to sleep like pride said. let all my painful memories go... just fall asleep and have happy dreams instead of nightmares. Momoko: ....... _____________________________________________________________________ *a few seconds passed and Neo opened one eye and looked around and saw Kana standing in front of him and in front of Kana was the possessed momoko thrashing around in mid air there was a weird field of symbols around her and two blades of what looked like lightning stabbed through her stomach* Kana: poor girl succumbed to it... now the only option is to destroy her and pride before it becomes more powerful and destroys everything it its path. I was really hoping she would be the one to tame pride we need all the strength we can get to fight Judgment. Neo: no wait! you cant just kill her! Kana: there is no option. the demon has clouded her mind with its words and taken over does that look like your friend? *she pointed at momoko and he looked and saw it open its mouth wide and roar in anger and bite at the spells and smash its arms against the blades holding it in place then it looked at Neo its eyes completly black and then smashed its head against the wall making a crack in it* Neo: but your like an amazingly strong person right? you have the strength to lock the demon back up! Kana: it isnt my choice the subject must choose weather or not to believe what it says only the strongest of wills can withstand its words and your friend Momoko unfortunatly wasnt one of those people. Now i have to kill it before it breaks free. *she pointed her palm at the Pride possessed Momoko and started to chant but right before she fired Neo tackled her knocking her over and the spell blasted a perfect whole through the cliff* Kana: FOOL! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE! i may not have the strength to stop it now! Neo: im not one to talk about hope but i refuse to let you just kill momoko before we know for sure she is gone! *momoko grabbed one of the blades snapping it in half then smashed the back of her fist against the shield busting a large chunk out of it as Kana began gathering her energy again* _____________________________________________________________________ Pride: doesnt it feel good to let it all go sunshine? to just let all your agony flow away with the river? Momoko: yes...it feels good Pride: now just let go of yourself.. let all that is you leave your mind Momoko: but wait... I have some good memories too.... with Keyastin, and all the people in the Sand Village and Sadao and Fumiko... oh and Neo i guess as well....if i let everything go ill lose them too. Kana: i do not understand... the transformation had already taken place how was she able to will her way back into existance? is this the power of the holder of pride? hmmm i will need to look into this more it seems. Neo: Answer me! Is she ok! Kana: your friend is ok she has brought herself back from prides clutches. Neo: but she still looks demonic Kana: that will be her choice on when to change back but since it seems she passed out she wont be able to for a while. |
