Angel S2 is IN THE REPORT annd if you bothered to read it other shows Toho is funding solo or in cooperation with other producers are ALSO listed. seriously, what more do i have to say or provide? that is THE OFFICIAL REPORT! by the corporation FUNDING (or one of them) the shows listed in that report. amongst other facts and soforth. if any public announcement hasn't been made YET? on any of those shows? \shrug/ i've no clue why. i am merely providing ONE source of information NOT digging up 2 or 5 or more sources. additionally, it IS public info because... i'm NOT an employee of TOHO or its subsidiaries etc. this report is hosted on a PUBLIC site anybody with a decent search parameter typed into their web-browser can locate. if it was private or proprietary information the site would be closed to anybody without authorization or permission. additionally, this report has been cited on MULTIPLE anime/otaku news-sites since it was published/released back in July 2025. |

| @animefanftw123 wow... cool for you... you've got zero clues wtf you're talking about either. you're not using PRIMARY SOURCES. you're using two (at best) 3rd and 4th hand sources. livechart is a SCHEDULING site that uses EXISTING, physically, already set down, already paid for, already SCHEDULED for Japanese release anime. their sources are the networks' OWN SCHEDULES on the airwaves both satellite and broadcast as well as streamers and cable/telephone services. plus, movie releases in-theaters and some other media. those schedules for Japanese TV etc. are at best set-up as early as 6-9 months before the 1st episode releases to the public. the movie ones are done earlier than that to ensure the files for digital camera theaters get there on-time, the physical film rolls as well for the few that are released in that medium and screens ready and other factors like promo merch purchases distributions etc. the Toho report is from JULY 2025. the MONTH stated in the Report for S3 is APRIL 2026 hmmm? 9 MONTHS between July and April in those years. that's Summer, Fall, and Winter '25 Japanese TV anime Seasons... then Spring '26... that's FOUR count em FOUR anime Seasons ahead. has somebody forgotten that unexpected anime delays happen? has somebody also forgotten how uptight and rigid the Japanese society is about punctuality and making deadlines no matter the cost to themselves? so putting out via a press release, twit/X post, show's official website page, even a MONTH inside a YEAR statement via those media outlets is considered by the Japanese a 'set in stone' deadline. i'm merely providing one first-hand source that isn't broadly consumed/viewed by everybody everywhere. in my ORIGINAL statement in this thread on August 28th i SPECIFICALLY underlined the word PLANNED in my writings. the Japanese also dislike INTENSELY, accidentally or even tertiarily embarrassing their business partners/associates/collaborators. so if StudioBind has a delay with S3, Toho wouldn't want to be the FIRST to have broadcast the April 2026 date to the entirety of the world. MAL uses press releases and a score of OTHER sources to compile their OFTEN incorrect release dates. i cite The King's Avatar from China for its MASSIVELY messed up release data points here on MAL for every iteration in the franchise so far. i've handed you a PRIMARY source as in... from Toho the corporation (or one of multiple corps) paying these listed anime's bills. if you don't know the differences between a primary, secondary, or tertiary source? i guess i've been wasting my time trying to convince you otherwise. :D ah well, i guess i've once again failed to elevate the intellect of some rando ignoramus on the internet. have a pleasant day! :D |
