There is an expression: "women love with their ears." This guy has the aura of an alpha male, not to mention the fact that he has money. Life experience shows that such guys are really popular with girls, and charisma means more than appearance.

Pretty sure its in the show as well, they were molding them to be the perfect soldiers, so stop pretending that they werent training them oration skills as well bcz that certainly is important. She's the most reliable source alive to talk about 511 aside from a psychologist jailed in the book and while there are still some secrets, she still knows things that are certain such as the one we argue and you won't let go. Wonder why Kinderheim would think to just skip over Oration skills such as persusasion, manipulation and brainwashing in process of creating perfect soldiers unlike any others 🥱, simple answer is they didnt and actually focused a lot on it.
