About the ending theme

The ending theme of this work, «Sayonara Jinrui (Farewell, Human Being)» was also used as an insert song in the anime «Kowloon Generic Romance» of this same season, so I have placed a commentary there.

Original song was released in 1990. This ED is a cover version sung by the main casts of «Uchuujin MuuMuu». The instrumental performance is by The Kuricorder Quartet, an ensemble with great acclaim composed mainly of light acoustic instruments such as recorders and ukuleles, as their name suggests. Currently, the group consists of three members (a trio). They are also in full charge of the soundtrack of this title.
In addition to their original works, they have released a variety of cover songs. Some of you may have heard “Darth Vader's March” played by the recorders. It is their highlight performance.
For many years, they have been consulting on music for «Pythagora Switch,» an educational program on the NHK channel that teaches mechanics and algorithms through experimentation using a combination of everyday items like kitchen utensils. Since «MuuMuu» deals with basic engineering essentials, this group that provides impressive background music for «Pythagora Switch» may have been selected for the «MuuMuu».
The group has also worked on many soundtracks for anime, including «Okusama wa Mahou Shoujo,» «Tsuritama,» «Tondemo Skill de Isekai Hourou Meshi,» «Azumanga Daiou,» and «PetoPeto-san». Since the recorder is required for elementary school students in Japan, many of the titles depict the world of children, and since they handle simple acoustic instruments, they have often been appointed in wholesome and humorous anime that have elements of open nature or the countryside.

They have been collaborating with Tama, the original band of the ED song, and its members since before their debut.
