The special is only available in Bilibili as far as I know. You might need to use a VPN depending on your location.

it is also available at Daily Motion, which is available from Europe and maybe from America, too. Although they added lots of commercials to it.

Considering the first special wasnt, its no suprise this hasnt been either.

TBH, im actually glad it hasnt been as neither of them are needed to understand the story.

This one 100% as its non-canon in the slightest.
