The OVA, names Bonus Stage, will be two episodes adapting Explosive Crimson Stream and Beware of Knockoffs short stories. It will premiere in the theaters on March 14, and will be released in Blu-ray/DVD on April 25th alongside a new novel volume.

I’m excited for more Konosuba! These OVAs look interesting. Two episodes suggest that it’s going to be pretty good.

Also we get Darkness in a bikini.

At least we get two new episodes while waiting for season 4.

@Polvo_Aranha I hope so. I didn´t have to wait 7 years for a new season like many fans and I really don´t want. This shit is too funny.

It took them a year just to do two episodes of an OVA 😭 O! What a travesty! What a tragedy!! 😭😭

Watched it just now. In Germany we got a preview event in over 30 cinemas who showed this OVA (and it was already dubbed!) Episode 1 is quite funny but also quite Ecchi. Episode 2 is pretty SFW but is also quite funny. Be aware that each episode has its own little plot, and is not really related to each other. Overall 8/10.

Was quite surprising that Germany got this released before it even got released in Japan lol. Even myAnimeList refused to make me set this anime as „completed“ and Sid it couldn’t set it to completed since it hasn’t aired yet lol

It premiered in theathers last week in Japan. The BD/DVD sales that start on 25th April.
