are the chapters a single 4 koma page?

is the 6477 chapters just 6477 pages, because its a 4koma manga or how are the chapters broken up. also if thats the case how are the chapters counted as i thought mal had a rule where a chapter had to be longer than 5 pages in order for it to be counted. and finally are the 12 bilingual volumes the same as the first 12 japanese volumes or are they randomly selected chapters?
