Having recently re-read the entire series (and still loved it!), I thought it might be a good idea to list the Extra Chapters, especially since most of them were only collected in the limited Japanese booklet releases, and therefore aren't in the Volumes currently being officially translated by Yen Press.
If, like most people, you have read this series via the fan-translations, you may already know a lot of the list.
