| What's up with the volume/chapter count? Only English release I see consist of 55 chapters/3 volumes. MAL and Wikipedia list it as 25/5. Assuming they just split it up more + bonus chapters for English publication. Was a bit confused and thought there may be chapters missing- this doesn't seem to be the case. Thought this may help some others that possibly stumble across the same confusion and realization as me did some digging of comparing the two releases for a possible rough guide of putting together the eng-jp chapter and volume count JP Vol 1 - Starts on 1 (ENG) JP Vol 2 - Starts on 10 (ENG) JP Vol 3 - Starts on 19 (ENG) JP Vol 4 - Starts on 29 (ENG) JP Vol 5 - Starts on 40 (ENG) Went through some trial thing on a jp site, couldn't sift through it fully to make a COMPLETE chart of putting the two together, so some may be incorrect (⎺ ⎽ ⎻) Can't find any definitive or conclusive word online though this may just be a common sense thing for most people that went over my head |
| All the sources I could find say there are 55 chapters. The 'Classic Collection' published by Seven Seas definitively lists 55 chapters, though the Japanese 'Complete Edition' it is seemingly based on seems to omit a chapter count. However, both editions align pretty much spot in terms of page count, which would suggest 55 is correct. The current MAL count of 25 chapters seems wrong and it's the only website I can find that lists that amount. |
