Did you read an off season? Cuz she took away all evidence of her existence from Araragi to dissappear for everyone and leave no traces of existence. And she did.

sad to hear that but I haven't read the LN for the monogatari series cause I love the anime and the adaptation was already announced so I'm going to watch the anime but thanks for the information
