I got quite bored near the end as the final arc dragged on for waaaaaay too long. The ending saved it for me. Really good.

First season of anime has the best of arc of manga. After Underground Student Council arc, manga get fell down.

Perhaps it would be better if I explain like this...

Great arcs

Underground Student Council arc
Sports Festival arc
Chairman Sidestory arc

Good arc

Aboveground Student Council
(It could have better)

Bad arcs

Cavalry Battle arc
Tanabata arc

Though Ending was awful but it was funny

Prison school had so much potential but the mangaka ruined it

The anime's plot and atmosphere are the same as the manga's, but it's "supplemented" by ridiculous censorship and inferior graphics compared to the manga's (although it's better than in overfapped Fate, heh).
