| I heard some rumours that s3 will cover 5th and 6th arcs, is that true? (well, even the art kinda confirms it) I think they are too long to adapt both in one season, unless its like 40 episodes long or they rush through 5th arc? |

| It will cover Arc 5 and Arc 6, as confirmed by a reliable leaker with 100% certainty. It will consist of more than 35 episodes and lower than 50 episodes, as confirmed by a reliable leaker with 100% certainty. The episode count will likely be between 36 and 39, with a 99% probability. My Prediction would be either 38 or 39 episodes. It is not confirmed whether it will be consecutive or a split-cour, nor is it confirmed if it will be divided into 2 parts or 3 parts. |

| I'm not a big fan of the series (didn't read the source material) but I'll never forget how such a nice surprise I got with this anime and how much I enjoyed it, especially after expecting nothing from it other than to get me thro my dead times; so, to learn that there will be more than 30 episodes in this season is a fucking blessing ngl. |

| Don't believe anyone saying anything absolute. There has been no official information on the episode count yet and it is unknown if the season will adapt both arcs or just one. It is true that there is a reliable leak, but it is still a leak and I wouldn't blindly follow it. The leak says the season would do more than 25 episodes, and the leaker exclaimed the season will adapt both arcs 5 and 6 in a "satisfactory" amount of episodes. Nothing was said either officially or via the leaker that the season would adapt Arc 5 in 13 episodes and Arc 6 in 25. So saying that's a certainty is a simple ass pull. The only "official announcement" hinting that Arc 6 would be adapted as well is an illustration from the LN illustrator to celebrate the season 3 announcement that contained characters that initially appear in Arc 6. The LN illustrator isn't listed as part of the anime staff for season 3, so the illustration may be unrelated with the actual anime. To summarize, it is likely that we'll get two arcs adapted over more than 25 episodes, but it isn't a certainty. Some of the most intense Re:Zero fans get carried away easily, so be careful with that. |
