| Yes, this looks like a sequal. I heard it is based on extra volumes of library war novel. From what i saw in raws, it definitely looks like a sequal. Original extra volume (first one) were kind of side story more romance focused but about events after the original library war. Manga seems like a full fledged continuation taking that as basis |

Meanwhile on MangaUpdates , it's listed as a Sequel , and it have a (very small) synopsis that confirm it being a Sequel. The new series will continue to follow the lives of Iku and Dojo, as well as Tezuka, Shibasaki, Komaki, Marie, and others. It doesn't seems to be translated anyway. |
