| C.C. hands down. Lelouch never really cared for Shirley nor Kallen. We can infer this because in season 1 all the actions that Lelouch takes are to avoid romantic relationships with Shirley. He had dates scheduled with her that he had a disguised Nanaly's maid attend instead of him. Even though we get hints that Kallen likes Lelouch, he only though of both women as tools for his world domination plan. He used Kallen's sense of patriotism to strike up a revolt in Japan against Britain. Lelouch also used Geass on both women in order to accomplish his goals without caring about the consequences. Also C.C. kinda implied that Lelouch was more important to her than the first person she made a pact with. C.C. drops several hints that she does care for Lelouch, but knew that one day they would have to part since he was a mortal human and she was a witch. This reminds me of the relationship between Koyomi Araragi and Shinobu Oshino. Both were tied together because Shinobu is a vampire, therefore she is immortal. |
