Saitama vs Garou?

Will we see the much-mentioned fight this season if it turns out to only have 12 episodes? or maybe if they are 24? or even having 24 is a long way to go? (I haven't read the manga)

No, there are too many things left after S2. Presumably, S3 will cover up to "Orochi vs Saitama", with only 12 episodes. If it's more than that, then i guess "heroes vs psyko" and "S class vs cadres", with a little bit of "Saitama vs garou" as a cliffhanger, maybe?

I’d be so mad at that cuz those “unnecessary” fights would be so great to see animated. I hope they stay completely true to the manga and adapt everything. I’d even want them to expand on some of them if possible (tho I know thats asking for too much lol) for example Zombieman vs Pureblood

this arc is pretty long and some chapters have 80-140 pages, I think that even 24 episodes would be kinda rushed, I'm really curious about how they are gonna adapt that and hope something good comes out of it, I'm willing to wait until they make something good

I want nothing more than that fight animated, but if its a normal 12 episode season then it just woke happen.
Luckily OPM is popular enough that it'll probably get a season 4 and maybe season 5 in 2036

in my opinion, this season will have split cours, each of 13 episodes. Part 1 ends with saitama vs orocho and part 2 ends the monster association arc. They will have to skip a lot of unnecessary fights and dialogues and that way, we can get a closure to this arc in this season. I really dont want them to push the best part anymore into the future.

The webcomic? Yes I’ve read and it doesn’t discredit what I said no fights in the manga are unnecessary and they all either develop a character(s) or set up something for the future

If they catch upto manga then yes there will be Garou vs Saitama but that is impossible in 12 episodes but in 24 maybe, there is very slim chance

what I read from the manga is Garou is trying his best to become the most powerful human monster. As he is in monster association I think the episodes will be about what garou is doing in the monster association and the class S heroes trying to rescue the hostages which was taken in season2. Appearance of saitama is so less as i read from manga. Don't mistake me guys this is what I know after reading garou arc. But I don't know the full garou arc maybe saitama vs garou will be the best fight in anime.

12 EP is too short to adapt the entire arc itself but there is always fights in OPM. This season will also have alot of good fights. But there are some key moments which blew up in the manga, I think those stuffs will be adapted later maybe. If it's 24 EP i still don't know if they will be able to adapt the entire arc.
