What is the chance that Studio Bones is the one behind Season 3?

Mob Psycho is finished and ONE has great work-relationship with Bones so I don't see any reason for them to not pick his other work which happen to be much more popular than Mob and has on-going manga that needs an AD (Anime) to boost the sells, not to mention that a lot of the people who worked on Season 1 are actually from Bones but for some reason Madhouse took all the credit lol.

Bones leaving their D listers to animate MHA, so they can put their best work on Mob, and then OPM.

I think there is a high chance since studio B just finished production. For mob psycho and lots of people who worked on opm s1 worked on mob psycho 100 so I think bones doing s3 is imminent

I don't think so. The production committee will give it to someone else.

And mob and OPM are separate projects with different production committees
HACKs! 🤢🤮

Because Madhouse as a company did the Animation Work.
Yes, Madhouse's exclusive Animation Producer (Yuuichirou Fukushi) hired a lot of outside staff, not just from Bones but from across the industry. Still, Madhouse's in-house staff played a key role in the production, not to mention that by having Mad Box (a subsidiary of Madhouse) in the same building, the animators were able to get heavily involved in post-production of their own cuts.

either way that was back then, i've heard most of the inhouse animators they had moved over to MAPPA and/or Bones.
