Looking for an anime I saw a trailer of about a group of immortals that become complacent

What I remember is that it had a vivid color scheme and it was about a group of immortals or gods or protectors that become complacent after a prolonged period of peace, except one who has been getting relentlessly trained. Then, out of the blue danger hits again and everyone is underprepared.
