I want to watch or read horror anime or manga. That will give me nightmare. That have lot of gore and blood.

Its name is "Dead Tube"
Please read atleast 5 chapters and then decide
And "Pumpkin Night " The art is too realistic in this blood and internal organs are illustrated perfectly

As for anime you can watch "Hugurashi"
if you want to be really grossed out you should watch "Pupa" its a short series (You can judge from its rating just how much gross it is) sister eating his own brother.............

Here are some. Paresyte(anime) barstard(manga) another(anime) and the best ones are works of Junji ito. Everything he makes gives me nightmares(mangas)

Uzumaki or Berserk will be a good choice. But if you want to read a good horror Sci-fi manga read 20th century boys. BTW It's my favorite manga.

‘Parasyte’ and ‘Shiki’

Shiki’s quite unpopular but it has some stuff that I can probably say “can be like Tokyo ghoul”. It’s pretty unique too!

And for parasyte a lot of people are saying it too so I’m pretty sure they’ll be able to explain it better than me. I’m still watching it.
