What are the differences between the anime and manga?

I have watched all the episodes of the anime already and started reading the manga and it is similar so far. Are there any places where the manga is different from the anime? Does the anime ending cut off before the manga ending? And if so what chapter would be a good place to start from if you’ve watched the anime already?

I dont know if you still need an answer, but from the top of my head the anime stops at around 120, but you should reas from 103/104. Because they skipped an amazing arc featuring heitai/soldier.
