I want shibuya to be in only 1 season as it will be more compelling maybe it can happen but there is gojo past arc. So do you they can fit whole arcs in s2?

Yes, but it might probably need about 30 or 36 eps considering Gojo past arc and Shibuya arc combined is about 80 chapter

I think S2 will only be of 12 episodes and cover Gojo past arc, Mechamaru arc and the one short story about the date

They covered roughly 90 ch in 24 ep so it's not a long shot since in total there are 171 ch (as of 20 Jan 2021) so they can cover it but I'm spectical about it since the Shibuya arc is jam packed with info and I also believe that if they do have the Shibuya arc they will also cover the post Shibuya too as not many shonen want to leave in a cliffhanger since most new shonen not tend to do that nowadays and post Shibuya will be a good part to leave it

Yes it can be done. S1 has adapted 63 chapters in 24 episodes. Gojo past+Shibuya have together 74 chapters where majority of them are fights.So yeah I see no problem in did this. Also they can just add 2 extra ep to have 26ep in overall and fit everything for sure.

the first season coved to chapter 63 or 6 volumes and 2 chapters. This is slightly faster pacing than most anime and it didn’t feel rushed. To get to the end of the shibuya arc it would take 73 chapters or 9 volumes and 1 chapter. Since it’s so much they will probably have a smaller season covering the gojo past arc and the evening festival arc and that would leave enough room to do shibuya in one season and the short arc after.

Gojo past arc = fits in 6 episodes

Shibuya = fits in 18 episodes

covers chapters 64-137.

Most likely. If 24 episodes aren't enough, 25-26 eps surely will.
