If you feel bored with one dimensional antagonists/villains, then it's Hunter x Hunter. If you want to study human psychology in anime, then it's Monster. And If you want to see one of the incredible character developments, then it's Parasyte.

I think almost all anime is worth watching, it depends if it's your cup of tea or not.

Revue Starlight. One of the most unique experience i've ever get from anime. it feels like you are being pulled by something truly beautiful. Also this anime spark my spirit on the time i almost stop watching anime.
