As Mc realises his true feelings
He ends up with subaru
Kanade also realise that she is in love with mc didn't confess instead let subaru to end with mc

All the girls he hanged out with had feelings for him, first he confessed to konoe but he got rejected Bc she didn’t wanted to lose her role as butler and that was his first confession and rejection, the next day everyone realized they weren’t talking each other, Konoe eventually sees the MC but then he says “I’m sorry but I don’t wanna be friends with you right now. They come back together as friends. Kanade helped the MC be friends with her and also helped konoe to confess to the Mc, even though Kanada has feelings for him too, but she wanted konoe to end up with him, Around the end they both confess to each other, konoe reveals her true identity, Mc realizes she’s gonna loser her Job, he goes up the stage and tells konoe to marry her, she accepts. Konoe dad finds out about their relationship, they fight and if the dad wins, he gets to have her daughter back and if the Mc wins, konoe can be with the Mc, they both ended up knocking each other out, Mc becomes kanade butler and all the girls becomes maid to help Kanade, everyone is together. I’m sorry if i can’t type good sentences, this is all I remember.

In the end, they all are together (Usami, Subaru, Kanade) in the Suzutssuki household, Jiro, Usami, and Subaru are working as either maids/butlers so they all stay together as they are all still friends.
