When Megumi resorts to autoeroticism after Nagumo refuses to fornicate with her, I imagined that's what she would've done if Sagawa didn't copulate with her in the previous volume. But Sagawa would still get in trouble unless he runs away as soon as the autoeroticism begins. And did anyone notice how the taxi driver that hits Nagumo looks so strange behind the wheel on page 9? It almost looks like a live-action man.
My takeaway from the stuff at the beach is that a parasol can be used as a weapon. In regards to the student with the star tattoo, I think that's Horii from the previous volume. In regards to Akemi, it makes sense that Nagumo's bodily fluid affects her. Recall that Ozaki is affected by one of Nagumo's bodily fluids (albeit blood instead of semen) in the previous volume.
Nagumo trying to activate the Overfiend's powers (to save Akemi from the monsters) felt familiar. All I can think of off the top of my head is Peter Parker trying to use his webbing for the first time in Raimi's Spider-Man. Nana Matsumoto having Nagumo check if her reproductive organ looks normal is another scene that felt familiar. But that's because the author creates a very similar scene in one of his later works, Youjuu Kyoushitsu Gakuen.
It's a good thing Kuroko shows up and molests Matsumoto, otherwise Nagumo would've lost his phallus. The little guy’s inability to be seen by humans explains why Nakamura doesn't fight back in the previous volume (in which I don't think we were explicitly told about Kuroko's visibility). Kuroko aside, Norio Nishikawa appears to be real (the guy Nagumo listens to on the radio). Lastly, I'm a little disappointed Sagawa doesn't get much attention in this volume.
I looked at FAKKU's second volume and the original Japanese volumes side by side. Ignoring full page illustrations, here are pages I found in FAKKU's version but not in the original. (As FAKKU's version doesn't have page numbers on the bottom right corner this time, I'm using the volume cover as page 1.)
Volume 2:
Pages 124 and 125.
Some side notes. Page 163 (second Japanese volume) isn't in FAKKU's second volume. It's a page featuring the wave at the beach. And page 127 is where the story stops in the second Japanese volume.
Volume 3:
Pages 201-202, 286, and 303.
On a side note, the corresponding page to the end of FAKKU's second volume is 178 in the third Japanese volume..
