Why did Takizawa kill Tatara?

Why did Takizawa kill Tatara? I saw that Tatara was in the room when the doctor guy was experimenting on Takizawa, but why was Tatara even there because Tatara is from Aogiri and the doctor works for the CCG. Or maybe the doctor doesn't work for CCG? Who does the doctor even work for? Honestly I'm just so confused about the whole situation so it'd be nice if someone could clear things up.

Maybe the doctor from CCG who reviving Takizawa is not work for CCG but for a new species that Will bring a new world. So, Takizawa isn't kill Tatara. Maybe, Takizawa kill Tatara because he can't remember who he is

Did you forget what happend in Part 1?
Tatara is the reason why Takizawa got captured, experimented on, and turned into a ghoul.
He killed Tatara out of revenge AND to save Houji, his former superior and partner from the CCG.
