To be honest, I don't think it will, unless there is some very gutsy japanese studio. Here my reasons:

Shou killed literally characters based on real policitians, which will be very controversial.

There is a very good amount of gore and violence through media, something that also be looked at a very bad thing to show now a days (even more on this era, because you know, people film everything instead of helping or doing something about common issues).

The series talk trash about Japan's government and economy. Japan itself will look at that in a very serious manner, being more of a socialist country, rather than individualist.

So basically this manga have the same kind of message than Death Note, but doing everything wrong in terms of what should be on television. By the way, this will be amazing if it was adapted by a studio like Madhouse, IG, Wit, or even Mappa.

Animated nope, but a live action movie yeah. I can stand 1 hour 30 minute for a movie, but for an anime series with 30 minute each episode for 163 chapter that's a big nope. Should rename this to Ahometsu as the ending of this manga nothing was changed at all. Just an Idiot Destruction

It won't get animated not because of violent lol , that is a very stupid reason when u have so many other gore anime out there . The big reason is that it takes the real politic figures and mocking them , playing with them and killing them in such a terrible way is no no and they are from Japanese's highest power which is the Congress also .
I would say that this won't sit well when it gets animated and gets advertised around the nation and even overseas lol .
