Ok so I want a pretty short , still ongoing ,action manga
no super powers thou
only realistic combat skills
You know like the golden kamuy's first few episodes , the kind of characters that don't hesitate to anything in battles ,they may even use a pencil to kill somebody lul

Sorry to say this only fits the realistic combat part of your request, but Holyland was an excellent streetfighting manga that provides in-depth analaysis on the techniques involved. While it may be long and completed, it’s still worth giving a shot

If you're willing to try a webtoon, Lookism would be perfect, it doesn't look like a fight comic from the start though.
