MC behaviour

I just started watching the show and i liked the first two episodes.

The third episode was already at best okay, because the stalking for no reason at all and the overreacting with the punch were pretty annoying.

Now im in episode 4 and the mc is overreacting as hell. Like what? He just fell in love with a girl he knows for a few days and doesnt wanna move out. Okay i get it.

Im not really into romance anime but i liked Toradora a lot because the progression of the relationship felt reasonable most of the time. But here it feels like its just love first sight for no reason and to get feelings out of the viewer the mc is overreacting all the time.

Will this change or does the mc stay like this?
