I am reading it right now and it's nothing special. The art work is sort of poor and and it's a little boring. |

Yeah, it looked kinda like more of the same, albeit with questionable art. Thanks for the heads up. |

Well, I've read the five manga that were released, and I have to say I loved it :D I agree, it's not going to blow your mind, and to be honest Jintetsu himself doesn't get to fight enough (when he does he's often cut off for various reasons). But despite various problems it still managed to keep me entertained, and I absolutely LOVE Jintetsu himself; he's such an interesting and funny character XD So give it a chance, it's a nice read, just not phenomenal. ^-^ |

It is a decent manga that is similar to Ruroni Kenshin. |

Somewhat good. That is if you can cut it some slack and refrain from comparing with the genre's big-name titles like Lone Wolf and Cub, Blade of the Immortal, Vagabond. It has a little of this non-mainstream feel to it which is good by me, but I wish it was also a bit more moody, atmospheric... dark and maybe even surreal - that way it could be totally awesome even despite all the weaknesses in the story and its presentation. Anyway, if you're in process of exploring the author (Kei Toume) like I am now and not forgetting that it's one of her early works that was created in 1996 (before lots of now very popular and influential series came to be (known)) I think you might appreciate it. |
