I think even if they returned to their normal bodies, they will still need to be "stay close" in order to help each other to adjust in their "new" but "normal" life.

I am more curious on how long do they have to live like this.
But yeah...if Yuuta and Yui stopped meeting for reports, then how is Yuuta going to make Yui fall for him? He need to do something about it...so maybe he will?

The webcomic is not that much different from the manga, the characters and plot are the same but there are some notable differences like having less characters, Yuuta's and Yui's relationship not being built the same way as it has been done in the manga, and of course it is shorter compared to the manga. And yes, it indeed has an ending.

In Chapter 58.2 it was announced that it would end in the next chapter Our two switched persons have rejected the people who like them and meet each other at the end of the chapter with a clear understanding of who they want to be with. Don't know if they will be able to change back or stay like this in the next chapter
