If isn't a arc anime the main characters of the animes ends up togheter as a couple?
Have kisses? (More then one, and not just in the last episode)

No its not in separate arcs. Its more of a slice of life comedy than romance. Most of it is romance bait, but no real progress. People stay for the unique character personalities and the hilarity between them.

Gamers ! have better romance than Saenai Kano.

There, the 4 main cast are actually 2 couples, and have fun rom-com misunderstanding scenes with lots of laughs and comedy.

I am someone that would like to watch a Harem Anime with 2 male leads that each gets their own harem company of girls from the main cast. For example, 1st male lead gets a company of 4 girls and 2nd male lead gets 2-3 girls etc.
