Since this club (and the [url=]other, newer one[/url]) has been effectively dead for 362 days (and even longer if we remove the latest comment), I've taken it upon myself to create an alternative: Standalone OVA (Original Video Animation) Club
Yep, it's pretty much the Aironic OVA (Original Video Animation) Club, with a few significant differences:
- Firstly, and most importantly, I lack the seemingly endless charisma that AironicallyHuman possesses. I apologise in advance for being nowhere near the levels of aironic that a club manager should be. I might not be able to live up to my predecessor, but I've still got respect for the dude. Oh, and I'll also try my hardest anyway and all that fluff.
- Secondly, the Standalone OVA (Original Video Animation) Club's purpose differs on a fundamental level from the Aironic OVA Club, even if some of the club managing philosophies remain the same. As the name might suggest, its purpose is to include all worthwhile OVAs that you can watch and enjoy without having experienced any other part of the franchise. Oh yeah, and I also have about a third of the OVAs ordered by episode count and runtime for ease of access. Aren't I helpful?
- Finally, I plan to include worthwhile hentai titles...if I can find any. You know, those hentai that are more 'Adult Anime' than 'Fapfest'. Probably not most ecchi titles, though.
Oh yeah, I'm also actually going to be active, at least for a few months. I may get lazy (or, god forbid, busy), but I'm not going to abandon the club completely...not for a while, anyway.
If you don't care about my pitiful excuse for an advertisement, I have content actually relevant to the club so that you can't justifiably delete me!
