16 years old is the age of consent in many places in the world and a girl would surely go through puberty before that age, becoming a woman.
The assertion that he's a "pedophile" is ridiculous.
Pedophilia is defined by Merriam-Webster as "sexual feelings or activities that involve children."
Thus, pedophilia is very clearly something that involves pre-pubescent boys & girls.
Saying that somebody who has gone through puberty is still a child is inaccurate, so I would not label anybody who is attracted to a post-pubescent person to be a pedophile.

The fact his sentence was suspended after 2 days, further proves the pedophile accusation had no solid base.

The manga is a gag action manga with alot of crude jokes, it's kinda like dr. slump x toriko.

No translation yet, but I heard the group that's doing toriko is slowly translating it and will release it all at once sometime.
