| I want to show Ano Hana to a friend, and I was wondering if I should show her the movie cause time. I watched the series and I loved, but 12 episodes(or 13, I don't remember) is a little too much for a starter. So what are your thoughts? |
| The movie is only watchable if you're a fan of the show, otherwise it's boring as shit. |

| It's a recap move that is only recapping the most emotional scenes, so you wouldn't be able to understand the movie if you haven't watched the show. |
| Both are excellent but the series is definitely better. I recommend watching both cuz the movie is not just a recap, it's also a sequel to the main story. |
| You should definitively watch the series and then the movie. |
