Hey guys, I need your help in deciding which fansub release I should use to watch Evangelion. I've downloaded 3 different versions with different subs and encodes. I've upscaled all screenshot to 1080p because that's how I'm going to be watching it.

The first release is the a2000a Remastered DVD release with their subs. This release is from 2006. It's naturally 720x540. I'm comparing it to a 2013 encode by someone named RX on Nyaa, and the subs used are Bloat. Natural resolutions is 704x528. Here's the first comparison:

I personally think that the Bloat video is better, but what about the subs? How are a2000a's subs compared to Bloat's who I think used the Platinum DVD subs.

Second comparison I wanted to make is between the Bloat release and an independent encode from 2011 that uses [zx] subs. It claimed to have the best encode. Natural resolution is 720x548. Comparison:

Also, which subs are superior between the a2000a, Bloat, and zx releases?

I just wanted some opinions from people who have seen any of these releases or some video experts. My goal is a good balance between video quality and subs. Thanks in advance!
