why do you believe there was only one story arc centering around Nabiki in the anime?

'Extra, Extra, Nabiki and Kuno. Read all about it!, was the only story arc from the manga which centered around Nabiki that was released in the anime.
Why do you believe Kitty Films & Fuji TV left out all but one of the story arcs about Nabiki?
