Oh nice, they really did give the site an over haul. I checked out some of the user profiles on there, they look way more simplistic now, in fact too much so. I can't believe I am saying this, but I think I prefer the older one better. XD |

@ Imperlast - I have an Anime-Planet account, haven't logged in since like 5 years ago. Didn't like the way the site was set up, made it a lot more harder to socialize with others. Plus their data base was missing a pretty good amount of anime. Though that was a while back ago, so maybe things have changed for the better since. @ daisuke86 - I guess we all just need a break sometimes. I got out of anime there for a while and was concentrating more on my job, video games and TV sitcoms. XD Speaking of MAL, does anyone know what ever happened to Keswick? I haven't seen that guy in the longest time. Anybody know if he's doing okay? |

@Retro8bit: I feel you about the taking a break from anime thing. I didn't really take a break but, like imperlast, my anime watching slowed down considerably. I started watching more kdrama and jdrama recently and usually just follow 2-4 shows per season. I didn't know there were a bunch of glitches and hacks on MAL. Maybe I wasn't around during that time, or I was, but I wasn't really updating.@imperlast: Maybe we're slowing down with the anime because life is keeping us fairly busy...*sigh* After college grad next year it is going to be apply for a shitton of entry level jobs in my field orz the life struggle will start getting real when that time comes. |

daisuke86: yea same i havn't been around but iv been rnning and trying to keep my clubs though i did have a while my watching slowed way down.@Retro8bit : id agree with you about the golden age, i wish some one should buy mal out from who owns in it and have then fix it even better and make alot new upgrading the site could use alto of new thing and liek what anime-planet did cause mal should of goten an afication wiht crunhyrool no tthem |

Yeah I took a long hiatus myself for about half a year, just needed a break from anime I guess.Reason why I personally think so many people have left MAL, was because of all those glitches and hacks. Seems like they were happening one right after another for the longest time. Currently now the site seems to be pretty stable, and slower the site is becoming busy again. Prolly won't be like it was in it's golden era, which for me was around 2008 - 2010. But, you never know. :) |

yep whats kidna funny is alot of ppl left for a while but ther coming back and it's nice to see mal's finally fixing some it's problems.@Retro8bit star trek online recently it's quite fun while working in the last 2 months ish iv gotne about 200 hours in been playing with my cousin alot online. |
