To anyone still here and willing to listen:Remember the idea of just having a simple Holy Grail War RP? I've been thinking, and I think it should be a version of the Second Holy Grail War, in the 1860's. Interesting time, when Japan was being influenced by Western Culture, and there was a lot of Xenophobia towards the 'foreigners'. That time era also includes the Bakamatsu, when the Shinsengumi were around and active. |

Their sword's clashed, the distinctive ring of metal on metal cutting through the cloudy night air. The blades locked for a moment, sparks flying as they contested to overpower the other. Eventually, Uther prevailed. His opponent was knocked back several feet. The man kicked up dusk and ash as he skidded and regained his stance. He was unlike any warrior Uther had encountered. He was shirtless, with dark skin and wearing trousers of vaguely Asian design, held up by a red belt. What seemed like dark wrapping covered part of his torso. The same wrapping covered his hands, over which he wore large armored gloves, red and blue in color. The red headband that sat atop his head blew in the wind, obscuring his pointy ears from view. Suddenly, a light began to shine above his head... It was happening again. The warrior was activating a Noble Phantasm. It perplexed Uther, for he had seen it used multiple times, but couldn't gleam even the slightest clue from it. The light formed words, and they said: 'Level Up!' |

Uther Pendragon moves cautiously through the remains of Homurahara Academy. His opponent was Archer, a tricky foe more than capable of using the terrain to his advantage. His eyes were sharp, his ears sharper. A few quiet, breathless moments pass, before he finally hears something. It was a voice, so quiet it could be mistaken for the wind.
