Powers will be related to one's personality... Heavily. Now that you said it, it does resembles a bit of Bioshock Infinite. But in Bioshock Infinite, the world is not a shining ball of fire. Also, I added the fact that the city has to go down every day so that it can recharge its energy.Powers are up to the character creator. However, I'll keep an eye open for OP powers and there will have some restrictions. I liked the ideia of the 'neutral' faction, but there will be the civillians already. It's not a full out war, you know. So, there are some neutral people. Also, not everyone has powers. You can create a completely human character. |
