That's true when the manga is the original thing. For original anime like Samurai Champloo or Cowboy Bebop and for original light novels like Haruhi Suzumiya no Yuutsu or Lucky Star, the manga isn't the best version. But anime adapted from manga are by far the most common. |

I was wondering why is Death Note in the list. I actually liked the anime more.Also, the anime of XXXHolic, from what I've watched, seems much better than the manga. But it's just my opinion desu. |

I'm sure a lot of these manga have good anime adaptations. But when compared to it's manga it nowhere near as good. So it's on the list because the manga is better, which is what this club is about. And from what I've read the X manga seems to be better than the anime. |
