I started and finished I'm More Dangerous Than You this week, and jesus was it kind of all over the place in terms of plot. Some over the top edgyness here and there but i am going to miss reading it. My first yuri manhua, and it was definitely an INTERESTING one.

like 7/10 if you want a yuri manga/manhwa/manhua that is constantly moving, as it does kinda build onto itself more and more throughout the series. I'm glad i read it.

Been a busy month. Unfortunately I’ve been preoccupied with convention prep and haven’t been able to dive into much yuri lately. Mostly the opposite actually, as I’ve been prepping for a horror manga panel. So more violence and death and less cute lesbians.
Anyways, anybody read anything good lately? Anything new or perhaps newly finished? Obviously always on the prowl for new series to delve into.

I think the end of vol 6 would be ideal and makes the most sense. I stopped reading the manga when the anime got announced, but after watching the first episode, I went ahead. I'm gonna read vol 8 right now.

i thought it was a good refresher, and i love that we actually have a song now instead of just panels of them performing with nothing else going on lol, it feels really satisfying waiting for it to happen. I've been keeping up with the manga for a while now and it felt nice seeing everything in action, no strong feelings I guess just satisfied.

I'm interested as to how this adaptation will pan out, where it will end, etc

What are everyone's opinions on the Sasayaku anime? I'm not sure how I feel about it yet. It's hard for me to rate something I've already consumed in another medium. I think the art looks way better in the manga. I also think the music in the anime is pretty mediocre.

Still, I do think it is one of the best yuri manga to get an anime adaptation. I desperately want this to be amazing.

While I disliked Shizu at first, I completely changed my mind. I loved her character development and I also found her relatable. I do think it will get an anime, but you never can tell with these things. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I absolutely loved KimiTsuzu and followed it for some time actually. somehow i could relate to Shizu in a way with her past but also just how good of a redemption story it was. I know people criticized it for the foreshadowing being super obvious and early

but it didn't bother me albeit tragic. It was just a really well done. I seriously hope it wins the poll and gets an adaptation, it'll be a fucking serious hit.
