Stick up for yourself damnit.

We've watched Shojo and seen the girl. The girl who was willing to give up anything to be with that special someone. The girl who doesn't mind if he's mean, as long as he loves her. The girl who drops all of her dreams once she finds one cute boy and does everything she can to make him love her. The girl who is nothing without that special person. The girl who is nothing special but every boy in a ten mile radius including her brother (who by the way is NOT her brother, he is a love child, step brother or adopted.) are in love with her but she's so passive it takes atleast six volumes to sort out her feelings. We've watched Shounen with that one girl in the background. All she does is stand there next to the nameless generic hero or that random nameless sailor suit wearing, slightly dark skin having brown haired harem master. She's a wonder to look at (or painful, when her bodyparts are so disproportional to everything else.) if you make any slight movement towards her she will fall over onto said hero, skirt blown up or fallen down to her ankles and her chest just happeneds to fall into his hands. She's useless in all fights, schooling and everything else except for giving the hero hope. When she runs, something will happen. She'll be splashed with water, trip, the wind will blow. Any of these things WILL cause most of her clothing to come off in one way or another. Half of these people make me sick. Half of these people I love. None of these people fit every single catagory. Just some. Some of these girls are earnest and loving and that's why they do what they do. Some of these girls are just sweet or clumsy. If you convince me they do more than just sit around and lure men they will be stricken from the list, but put onto another list.
