Fans of QUALITY Animation
Have you ever sat down to watch an episode of your favorite anime and noticed the artwork looked a bit...off? You may have just seen an example of QUALITY animation.
QUALITY is when a series resorts to producing subpar animation as a way to save money. This typically occurs in series that have run for a very long time, but is in no way limited to that.
Examples of QUALITY include "Dull Surprise" which is a slack jawed expression that is supposed represent shock, Fish Eyeing, which is when a character's eyes are to far apart, and as always just general weird drawings.
