No. Their contract with DSP Entertainment expired back in May. Hyun Joong signed with KeyEast, an actor/actress company. It is not confirmed that Jung Min signed with Sony Music Taiwan, but he is in discussion with them. All 5 members are trying to stay united, even under different companies (similar to 1st Generation group: g.o.d )
