@nefj Yes! It would be so different and interesting we really need new takes on the overused harem scene and having such a new take take completly differerenciating from the norm would be refreshing. I feel the self hate tirning into hate for others would be really convincing and would feel genuine. Nice |

I'd like to do something akin to a harem deconstruction, criticising mostly the wish-fulfilment aspects of it. All of the girls have their own certain issues (that deconstruct their respective archetype), and these certain issues affect the protagonist in a negative way, plus all the stuff that's going on in his life. Due to all of this, he spirals down into depression and self-hate, until he realises he's not the only one to blame. His self-hate turns into hatred for the girls and eventually goes mad. Is there any way to do this convincingly? Can self-hate turn into hatred for the rest at all? Though, I assume they're not mutually exclusive. Having both of them at the same time would be pretty conflicting. What do you guys think? |

@TheBiggestLoon this sounds like something I would defiantly read even if it has no clear direction for the story. Actually I love the idea more then I should, just thinking about having a conversation on the third floor, and three trucks come flying through the walls, sounds quite exciting/ a little humorous in my opinion. |

Truck isekai parodySo the main charactor is one day simply crossing a road until a hige truck is speeding round a bend, However the driver is on his tofu delivery and the downhill ace of Project D and drifts narrowlly avoiding him (initial d reference) more comedic ways of dodging these trucks happen and each time god gets more and more angry, going as far to have trucks flying into the mcs house and stuff. I got this idea after i saw an image of a truck that was legit into the window of a two story house lol |

@TheBiggestLoon I agree with @NotSmart It's a very good idea for an action comedy, especially with superheroes stories being so common these days, it has a lot of potential for funny and interesting characters and battles. I too would want to read a story like this. |

@TheBiggestLoon That's actually a pretty good idea in my opinion, and it does sound a lot like OPM except the goals of the protagonists are completely opposite. And I personally would love to read a story with this idea :D |

I have an ideaSo the main protagnist is the #1 hero and can defeat practically any enemy human or not, however he is completely sick of his lifestyle and just wants to live as lazily and normal as possible. In order to do this he devises plans to ruin his reputation but they are all ruined as he simply cannot stop himself from helping people. Monsters he can stop appear, after a hard long battle he is victorious therefore skyrocketing his reputation, the opposite of what he wanted. This would be a superhero, comedy kind of similar to one punch man i guess Tell me your opinions （＾ω＾） |
