Hm, I couldn't really understand the ending really well, but I guess that's my fault for leaving it for so long then picking up where I started instead of a few chapters before... |

Hmmm Rena... I just meant the way you were telling her off just because she haven't read much manga to be rude. Not your opinion about it.True, it didn't ruin it. Well I guess the ending gives you sort of an option to imagine what happens next. I would kind of like some one-shot afterstory though. Like when after they slowly make contracts, they should all remember after all. I kept wondering what happened with Lyca too. He was completely absent in the end and now I'm not sure anymore if I just missed something happening to him or what happened. |

I agree that the ending wasn't very good.When I finished the manga all I could think was that it was a little to rushed for my liking. Had the rest of the manga gone fast it would have been better.I did find it sad that in the end they weren't friends. |

lol, contradictions, your whole comment contradicts itself.I don't see the point of criticizing me when you agree with what I said. Oh well, speaking the truth = harsh/rude/mean/bitch, right? Back to the point of this club (which is NOT Fruits Basket), we pretty much all agree that the ending of ZL was rushed and unsatisfying, but didn't "ruin" the whole series. |

Whoa, Rena so harsh. Fruits basket is actually a good manga. It does have its faults as any other series, but it's not bad. It's certainly the type that newbies like though... Maybe I would feel different if I re-read it but dunno. It's way too long and I would probably feel like it's dragging on nowadays. Re-reading huh...oh that's why I came here. I finished re-reading ZL today and well....yeah, I still don't like the ending. The story ZL has is great and all, but it doesn't feel like it was executed well in the latest chapters. It was quite confusing in the last few books overall so maybe they were forced to rush it to the ending but still. And... Yomi ;A; |

Fruits basket is not a generic shojou manga.Do you even know the plot?A girl who's father and mother died starts to live with her grandfather.He goes on a trip and she has to stay at a friends house for school, but she doesn't want to bother her two best friends so she decides to camp out in the wood's .While in the woods she meets a boy,Yuki, who's better known as the prince of the school.Trust me,the beginning starts out kind of slow and I don't really like it.once you get about three or four chapters into it it gets better.I had a friend who doesn't like manga.she had no problem with me reading it.I got her to read fruits basket and she told me that it was one of the best story's she had ever read.Yeah the protagonist is a little frilly,happy-go-lucky character but it is an awesome romance manga.You can ask just about anyone who has ever read it. I love it.you should seriousness consider reading it.P.S The characters are cute ^-^ |

Why not? Fruits basket is possibly the cutest manga I've ever read. I actually cried when I read it. The anime was okay but the manga was so cute I thought I would start sobbing. |
