@Cyandris. According to the site. Rumors has it that the ova will contain more about ye xiou and mu cheng's past, how they came to know each other and a special character that's been hinted at during s1, but did not make an appearance (dont want to spoil anything). And i believe s2 covers the all-star event, including the introduction to the new team ye xiou will be leading. |

@vvvsp Thanks for the confirmation.Oh wow, that's pretty nice, 45 mins. By any chance, do you know something about the content of the OVA, too? ;-) With tournament arc you mean All-Stars? There's no way they wouldn't animate it, even if they don't exactly follow the novel, it's just too good of an arc to not include it. Is this studio known for diverging from works? |

@Cyandris Also. I took a look at the clip from the other site. Since i am chinese, I saw that the ova will actually be a fully fleded movie with 45+ mins of screen time. On top of that, if the second season follows the novel, then we will get a tournament arc. |

@Cyandris Right, I took a look at the original source and it seems to be true. Highlights are basically: ova to be releaded in may 2018, as well as the second season is in production and scheduled for release in 2019. No specific month given. |

--So I found out 2 pieces of news regarding this anime. (You have already heard though) First off, a mobile version of the game is being released. Although it is in Chinese, I'm sure some of us here can bypass that. Official Release date: Sep-19-2017. Secondly, season 2 has been confirmed from the credit scene of season 1. Release date TBA. |
