@justforgrins I alredy saw paranoyia agent. It's a great anime. I started watching Texhnolyze and It's much darker than Paranoia Agent.

cyruz | Jan 16, 2013 3:39 AM
Man that one was awesome.

JustForGrins | Jan 16, 2013 1:32 AM
Mousou Dairinin (Paranoia Agent) is one the creepiest and darkest anime I have ever watched. It is a must see if you want something dark and psychological.

WankyMcCuntface | Jan 10, 2013 5:31 PM
@ercing no thanks about the zombie crap. I prefer watching anime and movies that actually have a plot.

grsh | Jan 7, 2013 6:18 PM
I see creator of this club included in related anime even Urotsukidouji. Ha ha. Me gusta.

erching | Jan 5, 2013 12:47 AM
try the zombie club we are generally pretty active and if you want twisted and fucked up try ichi the killer or read the berserk manga its hard to be more twisted than berserk pretty much every good person in it gets impaled disembowled or raped that is putting it lightly ever see a main character who was found in a pool of blood and born from a corpse that was hung from a tree cut his own arm off simply so he could keep killing an army of man eating devils and used a child as a decoy a minute after his parents were torn to pieces by demonic flesh eating fairies

AHH! I have never seen a new comment her, ever! Uhh... Higurashi (Higurashi no naku koro ni) was good, Umineko (Umineko no naku koro ni. Also by 07th expansion like Higurashi) was good, Ibitsu (Manga) Was short, but good. (And by good, I mean I enjoyed them. I'm a shitty judge of good anime.)

Please recomend some darkest, most fucked up and psychological anime that come to your mind and are not too much sci-fi (something with the amount of sci-fi as Ergo Proxy is fine, but Ghost in a shell was too sci-fi for me).

@erching we are harsh as Canadian lumberjacks, we don't need useless chatting.

cyruz | Aug 21, 2012 2:13 AM
Gyo was some funky stuff.

erching | Aug 20, 2012 7:32 PM
interesting this club has more members but this club is less active than the zombie club also there is a gyo anime now you may want to add it

Erja | May 18, 2012 4:20 AM

I didn't watch anime, but IMHO manga is definitely disappointing. It's pretty, very pretty, and the beginning is interesting - some psychological stuff, the way people create superstitions, the religious and social meaning of scapegoat etc. So I was full of hope...

Then they destroyed everything by using "deus ex machina" in every chapter and not developing characters personalities - they're flat... or worse, they aren't characters at all, I can't remember anything /characteristic/ about any of them (that can be translation's fault): bunch of living plot devices, nothing more.

Has anyone read the "Another" manga?
I was a bit disappointed by the anime...

Differences? for the better... ?

GuyWithHat | Feb 26, 2012 1:50 PM
Since the Another anime has started airing there has been more attention towards the manga, and it's being translated as well. So far, 12 chapters have been released. They are all around 40 pages, big chapters. I guess no one is translating the novel.

Yes, I've been watching another and it is dark. Yet I have noticed some MAL users think its a parody of horror in general because of a few references and lots of blood and gore.

Erja | Feb 9, 2012 4:30 AM
Right Another is good creepy anime so far.

anime-slayer | Feb 7, 2012 4:59 AM
Whoops Cyruz already mentioned it, then take a look at Gosick since you don't seem to have it on your anime list.
